謡曲「志賀」にちなみ大伴黒主が桜の花をあおぎながめている姿をあらわす。御神体（人形）は寛政元年（1789）５月辻又七郎狛元澄作の銘を持つ。山に飾る桜の造花は粽と同様に戸口に挿すと悪事が入ってこないといわれている。水引は雲龍文様の繻珍、前懸は萬暦帝即位の折の御服と伝えられる古錦を復元した五爪龍文様錦、胴懸は草花胡蝶文様の綴錦。見送は平成16年（2004）に牡丹鳳凰文様が復元新調されている。別に宝散し額唐子嬉遊図が復元新調されている。人形着用の古衣裳には、延宝３年（1675）在銘の紺地菊唐草文様小袖及び正徳元年（1711）在銘の萌葱絽地牡丹文様色入金襴大口袴があり、江戸時代初期在銘の貴重なものである。
また平成12年には、後懸の飛龍文様綿入刺繍が新調された。

The figure on this float is Otomo no Kuronushi, an outstanding tenth century Japanese poet. The scene depicts this poet looking up at the beautiful cherry blossoms.
The railing decorations on this float are made of metal in the shape of cherry, peony, chrysanthemum flowers and maple leaves, signifying the four seasons.
According to Japanese legend, if one puts cherry blossoms from this float on the front door, evil can never get into the house.
